Job Summary:

We are seeking a Driver cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related documentation and compliance processes while supporting transportation duties. This dual-role position is ideal for a professional with knowledge of UAE government procedures and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with UAE government departments (DED, RERA, MOHRE, Ministry of Labor, Immigration, etc.) for company-related services.

• Assist in processing visa applications, trade licenses, permits, and other official documents.

• Accompany clients or staff to government offices to resolve issues or submit paperwork.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of PRO documentation and submissions.

• Stay updated on changes in local laws and inform the management accordingly.

• Represent the company professionally during visits to ministries, municipalities, and other government bodies.

• Provide reliable driving support when required, ensuring safe and timely travel.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years’ experience in a PRO or government liaison role in the UAE.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and municipality procedures.

• Valid UAE driver’s license; personal vehicle is preferred.

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
