Job Description: Public Relation Officer & Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.

• Report any mechanical issues or defects to the appropriate authorities for timely resolution.

• Plan and optimize travel routes for efficiency, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.

• Maintain trip records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and incident reports, submitting them to the manager.

• Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic regulations and ensuring secure transportation of passengers and cargo.

• Manage public relations duties, including coordinating with authorities, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

• Interact professionally with clients, employees, and officials to uphold the company’s reputation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Physical stamina for loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and other tasks.

• Proficiency in navigation tools (GPS, maps, apps) for efficient route planning.

• Strong time management skills to ensure punctual deliveries and appointments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer interactions.

• Familiarity with UAE traffic rules and regulations.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 5 – 10 years in a similar role.

• Residence Location: Dubai, UAE.
