Job Title: Draftsman 

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in the construction industry to create precise technical drawings, plans, and layouts for ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering plans, be proficient in drafting software, and work closely with project teams to ensure designs align with site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts for construction projects

• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers

• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure drawings match on-site conditions

• Maintain consistency with industry standards, building codes, and construction methods

• Ensure all drawings are precise, up-to-date, and meet project requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the construction industry

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans

• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods

• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills for coordinating with engineers, site supervisors, and management

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
