DEC Dynamic Design Studio L.L.C, a leading consultancy and engineering firm in Dubai, is urgently hiring a Document Controller who is proficient in ACONEX. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for experienced professionals seeking a dynamic work environment with immediate availability. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient documentation control, coordination, and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all project-related documents using ACONEX

• Maintain document control logs and filing systems in accordance with company and client standards

• Ensure timely submission, tracking, and distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless document workflows

• Track revisions and maintain updated versions of documents across the project

• Uphold confidentiality and integrity of sensitive documentation

• Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation

• Train team members on ACONEX usage and best practices as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller within a consultancy environment in the UAE

• Mandatory proficiency in ACONEX

• Familiarity with ISO standards and standard document control procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication in English

• Must be available to join immediately

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
