A reputed company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Document Controller for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and control all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and reports.
✅ Ensure proper documentation flow between site teams, consultants, contractors, and management.
✅ Maintain an organized filing system (both physical and electronic) for easy retrieval.
✅ Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution logs.
✅ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely document submission.
✅ Ensure compliance with document control procedures and project requirements.
✅ Prepare reports, logs, and status updates as needed.
✅ Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in document control within interior fit-out or construction projects.
✔️ Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔️ Software Skills: Proficiency in EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems), Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms. Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✔️ Knowledge: Understanding of construction and fit-out documentation processes.
✔️ Attention to Detail: Ability to manage large volumes of documents with accuracy.
✔️ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Experience in high-end residential, luxury villas, hotels, or commercial interior fit-out projects.
🔹 Familiarity with local authority regulations related to fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi.
