Drydocks World is seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Officer to lead and manage DEI initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on creating an inclusive, equitable, and culturally competent workplace by implementing policies, training programs, and measurable diversity strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy in alignment with business objectives and local labor regulations.

Draft and maintain DEI policies, inclusive language guidelines, and anti-discrimination protocols.

Establish measurable diversity KPIs and integrate them into HR dashboards.

Design and deliver D&I training programs, including unconscious bias and inclusive leadership workshops.

Facilitate inclusion campaigns and observances of cultural or key inclusion days.

Advise leadership, HR, and department heads on DEI issues and inclusive hiring practices.

Monitor compliance with UAE labor regulations and Emiratization policies.

Track and address workplace discrimination or harassment complaints in coordination with HR and Legal teams.

Analyze workforce demographic data and report progress on diversity metrics.

Benchmark internal practices against industry and global standards.

Engage with external diversity forums and regulatory bodies as required.
Key Competencies & Skills:

Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, diversity, and employee relations principles.

Proficiency in data analysis, HRIS tools, and reporting (Power BI / Excel).

Experience in policy development, training facilitation, and program implementation.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
