Emirates NBD is looking for a Director in the Front Office (Relationship Management) to lead the growth of the Private Banking sector. The role involves managing high-value portfolios, generating new business, and expanding client relationships to drive substantial revenue for the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients

• Increase client investments through tailored solutions and account reviews

• Cultivate new prospects, turning them into clients

• Collaborate across business lines to diversify the Private Bank

• Foster teamwork and mentorship to junior team members

Experience & Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or a Bachelor’s degree (CFA preferred)

• 10-15 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in Middle Eastern markets

• Strong knowledge in portfolio management, capital markets, and compliance

• Ability to lead by example and develop a personal client portfolio

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of assets, liabilities, and investment products
