A prestigious UAE-based firm is seeking a Director of Real Estate Development to oversee and drive major real estate projects in Dubai. This full-time on-site role involves end-to-end management of mixed-use, residential, and commercial developments with a strategic focus on execution, stakeholder relations, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle development of high-value real estate projects from acquisition through to delivery.

• Direct planning, design, entitlements, financing, construction, and leasing/sale.

• Conduct site selection, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.

• Secure project financing (debt, equity, public-private partnerships).

• Liaise with investors, government officials, internal departments, and stakeholders.

• Monitor real estate market trends and direct strategic planning for asset performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in complex real estate project management.

• Proven expertise in Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong background in financial structuring and project execution.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
