About the Client:
Our client is a leading UAE-based firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation. They are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-impact real estate projects in the UAE.

Job Overview:
As the Director of Real Estate Development, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value real estate projects across various asset classes, including mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial developments. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from site acquisition and due diligence to financing, construction, and final lease or sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage real estate projects across multiple phases: site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, construction, and lease/sale.

• Oversee feasibility studies, financial modeling, and entitlement processes, collaborating with consultants, local authorities, and design teams.

• Secure financing through debt, equity, and public-private partnerships, maintaining strong relationships with investors, government officials, and stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities in the Dubai real estate market, advising on asset disposition or lease-up strategies.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Provide strategic guidance to internal teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Male, 50 years old and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex real estate developments.

• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven ability to structure and secure project financing, including debt and equity.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle complex project portfolios and collaborate with multiple teams.
