Job Title: Director of Operations 

Job Description:
We are a local F&B manufacturing company seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to lead and optimize cross-functional teams across production, technical, and sales. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, operational excellence, and deep experience in FMCG/F&B to align daily operations with the company’s long-term goals and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across production, technical, and sales teams.

• Manage team workloads and ensure deadlines and goals are consistently met.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and minimize costs.

• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and service excellence.

• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and streamline supply chain processes.

• Lead operational policy adjustments and employee coaching to drive performance.

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand company activity.

• Align operational strategies with business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Foster a lean manufacturing culture and lead change management initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the FMCG or F&B sector.

• Proven experience in leading operational change and optimizing processes.

• Strong understanding of lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

• Exceptional planning, budgeting, and strategic execution skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership mindset.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
