Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the marketing efforts across various channels and ensure the strategic growth and visibility of the company’s brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and managing the company’s social media presence. This role also includes providing leadership for internal communication strategies, particularly the development of the company’s first intranet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels including print, digital, SEM, and radio.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website), creating and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Plan and implement targeted marketing strategies for various alumni segments to support event and outreach programs.
• Lead the development and deployment of the organization’s first intranet, offering strategic communication leadership throughout the process.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Female, 45 years old or younger
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in integrated marketing communication and advertising, with expertise in creating and executing marketing strategies
• Strong proficiency in graphic design and digital media tools
• Proven leadership and communication skills
