Trump International Golf Club, Dubai is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Instruction to lead the golf instruction and player development programs at the prestigious Trump Dubai Performance Academy. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a PGA Professional with a strong commitment to teaching excellence, leadership, and enhancing the golfer experience across all skill levels.

As the Director of Instruction, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, promoting, and delivering a wide range of instruction-based offerings including private lessons, group clinics, junior development, and high-performance programs. You will serve as the face of the teaching program and collaborate with other departments to raise the profile and quality of the academy’s instructional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all instructional activities including private lessons, group clinics, and player development programs.

• Foster a high-quality and inclusive learning environment tailored to golfers of all ages and skill levels.

• Serve as the primary ambassador for the Trump Dubai Performance Academy’s instruction program.

• Collaborate with fellow golf professionals and other departments to grow academy participation and elevate teaching standards.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and program planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certified PGA Professional (mandatory).

• Previous experience in a Director of Instruction or senior instructional leadership role is preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• A deep passion for player development and golf education.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic financial planning tools.
