Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Food & Beverage Operations to lead and elevate the culinary and hospitality experience at our luxury five-star hotel in Dubai. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, catering, and banquet services, ensuring excellence in quality, service, and profitability. You will drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Operations Management:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for food and beverage operations.
- Oversee the management of restaurants, catering services, and banquet operations to ensure high-quality service.
- Ensure all F&B operations meet or exceed guest expectations, focusing on quality, presentation, and service excellence.
- Maintain compliance with business operations, local regulations, and company policies.
Revenue & Profitability Management:
- Drive sales, marketing, and promotional strategies to enhance guest engagement and increase revenue.
- Monitor and optimize budgeted revenues and expenses to maximize profitability.
- Implement innovative menu development, package deals, and promotions to attract and retain guests.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective workforce planning, scheduling, and employee engagement.
Guest Experience & Brand Enhancement:
- Enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement initiatives that elevate dining experiences and brand reputation.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel’s F&B offerings, ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior food & beverage leadership role, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in F&B technology systems, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
