Lummus Technology is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead technology licensing, sales strategy, and business expansion across global markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Business Development & Sales Strategy

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the technology licensing space.
• Lead sales strategy and pricing to maximize market reach and profitability.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to refine business strategy.

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the commercial liaison between Lummus Technology and key clients.
• Develop and negotiate licensing and engineering agreements.
• Maintain strong client and industry relationships to secure long-term partnerships.

🔹 Project & Risk Management

• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor contract compliance, including licensee payments and legal agreements.
• Conduct proposal risk analysis and sales forecasting.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (MBA preferred).
✔ Extensive experience in process design, technology licensing, and business development.
✔ Strong commercial acumen with proven success in contract negotiation and sales.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills for global markets.
