We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Digital Strategy Director to lead consulting engagements focused on transforming digital banking experiences and accelerating portfolio growth for top-tier financial institutions. This contract role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital customer journeys, card product strategy, and innovation in the financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will bring Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience, deep domain expertise in digital banking, and a proven ability to deliver impactful transformation programs across the cards, payments, and retail banking ecosystem.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Lead high-impact consulting projects focused on digital transformation, customer experience redesign, and portfolio growth for top financial institutions.

Design and optimize digital acquisition funnels for credit and debit card products, driving efficiency and conversion.

Develop seamless digital onboarding and lifecycle engagement strategies to improve retention and long-term value.

Build and implement data-driven EMOB (Early Month on Book) strategies to reduce attrition and enhance customer value.

Innovate new banking subscription models, loyalty programs, and retention frameworks aligned with changing customer behavior.

Analyze cardholder data, dormancy patterns, and segmentation insights to shape strategic marketing initiatives.

Conduct portfolio benchmarking, identify competitive gaps, and present actionable growth opportunities.

Deliver high-impact presentations and recommendations to C-level stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Support business development by contributing to proposal development, client acquisition strategies, and solution design.
🧾 Candidate Profile:

10+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory, ideally with a Big 4 firm or top-tier consultancy.

Proven track record in leading digital banking and customer lifecycle transformation initiatives.

Deep understanding of cards and payments, portfolio strategy, and retail financial services.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a background in data-led decision-making and market benchmarking.

Exceptional stakeholder management, client engagement, and executive presentation capabilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
