NTT DATA is hiring a Director, Client Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers, driving post-sales relationships and maximizing product adoption and utilization. This role will focus on in-contract growth, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling, ensuring client retention while achieving revenue and profit targets. The Director will collaborate with internal stakeholders and develop strategies to ensure seamless client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Growth & Renewals: Achieve services revenue and gross profit targets through upselling, cross-selling, and on-time renewals.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Client Success professionals, improving their capability in line with the strategy.

• Client Engagement: Develop relationships with key clients to enhance product value and understand their strategic needs.

• Contract Strategy Development: Create client contract strategies that align with the broader Client Success objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with client-facing teams and other stakeholders to ensure consistent client engagements.

• Issue Management: Intervene when required to resolve service delivery or relationship issues with key clients.

• Regional Strategy Execution: Contribute to and oversee regional delivery programs in alignment with global Client Success Management strategy.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Proven leadership in a Managed Services or Outsourcing environment.

• Significant experience in Sales, Service, or Consultancy within a large-scale IT services environment.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, financial analysis, and interpreting business data.

• ITIL knowledge and the ability to manage partnership services (Managed Services, Support Services, Consulting, etc.).

• Experience in client engagements at a senior managerial level.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management or a related field.
