Key Responsibilities:

💼 Sales & Revenue Generation – Secure high-value contracts, upsell existing accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
🤝 Partnerships & Client Relations – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in government and enterprise sectors.
📊 Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
👥 Leadership & Team Development – Lead the business development team, set KPIs, and drive high-performance culture.

Job Requirements:
🎓 10+ years in business development, sales, or a related role, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
🌍 Strong UAE government and enterprise connections, with deep local market expertise.
📌 Experience in AI cloud, sovereign cloud, or enterprise technology sectors.
🤝 Proven negotiation skills and ability to secure high-value contracts.
💡 Strategic leadership experience, driving business growth and market expansion.
🗣 Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
