In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting credit card and personal loan products through direct sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets for credit cards and personal loans.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and personal networking.

• Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend the most suitable banking products.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Address client questions, resolve objections, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

• Actively cross-sell additional banking products to maximize customer value and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of direct sales experience, ideally within retail banking or financial services.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Minimum Experience: 1 year

• Residence: United Arab Emirates

• Nationality: India, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
