Hire Rightt – Executive Search is seeking a Digital Transformation Senior Manager to lead strategy, design, and delivery of digital solutions that drive business transformation. The role is focused on the events sector, requiring expertise in data-driven product development, user experience enhancement, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.

• Build and manage product roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct market research, user testing, and data analysis for informed product decisions.

• Translate customer insights into feature development and continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with IT, design, and development teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

• Manage product backlog, write user stories, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop and maintain data pipelines for analytics and reporting.

• Ensure digital products meet performance, usability, and scalability standards.

• Support digital transformation initiatives across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Strong expertise in product management, digital transformation, and AI-driven digital platforms.

Skills Required:

• Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

• A customer-centric mindset with a drive for innovation.

Reporting & Collaboration:

• Reports to: Business Unit Head

• Works closely with: IT, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Executive Teams

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 30,000+
