Job Title: Digital Transformation Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to support the Regional Head of Digital Transformation in driving Al-Futtaim Real Estate’s digital evolution. This role will involve shaping and executing the digital transformation strategy, analyzing emerging trends, and leading projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and long-term business goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the development of Al-Futtaim Real Estate’s digitalization strategy, offering insights and recommendations on digital gaps, business opportunities, and decision-making.

  • Evaluate the digital maturity of the Real Estate portfolio and identify high-impact initiatives for transformation. Develop actionable roadmaps and implementation plans.

  • Drive long-term strategic digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, clear timelines, and milestones.

  • Oversee end-to-end digital transformation project implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute digital initiatives, ensuring smooth integration with operational objectives.

  • Engage stakeholders across the organization and with external partners to ensure alignment and effective change management.

  • Serve as the Digital Transformation PMO, tracking KPIs, measuring performance, and providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills to be Successful:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital strategy consulting or a digital transformation role, with proven experience in the real estate sector.

  • Expertise in designing and executing digital strategies and initiatives.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee projects using PMO best practices.

  • Strong familiarity with a variety of digital platforms, tools, and technologies.

  • Effective project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple initiatives.

What Equips You for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
