Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to work closely with senior leadership in driving key strategic and digital initiatives. The role involves managing project execution, conducting in-depth research, and ensuring collaboration between government entities and stakeholders. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing high-level reports, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support executive leadership in strategic and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Conduct research and analysis on digital trends to support decision-making.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and prepare detailed status reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve project challenges.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in digital transformation or project management.
• Background in a recognized strategy/management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to prepare insightful reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
