Horizontal Digital is hiring a Digital Strategist to drive product success by aligning business needs with digital transformation strategies. The role involves backlog management, requirement elicitation, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making to ensure seamless execution of enterprise digital initiatives.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
🖥 7+ years of experience in enterprise digital initiatives, software development, or IT projects
📢 CMS experience required (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar)
🛠 Salesforce experience preferred
🖥 Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, PIM systems, and API management platforms
🎯 Hands-on experience with Product Ownership, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
📑 Relevant Agile certifications (SAFe PMPO/CSPO preferred)
📝 Experience with Jira/Confluence and UAT testing is a plus
