Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Sales Executive to drive sales, upsell, and cross-sell Visa’s payment solutions within the Mid-Market segment. You will own the full sales cycle, managing client relationships, leveraging digital sales tools, and expanding Visa’s footprint in the payments industry.
This role offers a fast-paced, innovative, and growth-driven environment where you will work with cutting-edge technology and analytics to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Revenue Growth

Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring revenue growth and expansion.

Drive sales, upsell, and cross-sell Visa’s products, including digital payment solutions, fintech integrations, and secure transaction platforms.

Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies to maximize potential.
🔹 Client Relationship Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.

Conduct virtual client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions to align Visa’s offerings with business needs.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored recommendations for optimizing digital payment processes.
🔹 Digital Sales & Market Strategy

Utilize digital sales tools (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM platforms) to track performance and manage client interactions.

Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the payments sector.

Collaborate with Visa’s digital sales and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies for market expansion.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in payments, fintech, or technology sectors).

Prior experience in a full-cycle sales role, handling direct client interactions.
✅ Core Competencies:

Fluent in English (proficiency in Ukrainian is highly preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse clients.

Basic understanding of digital sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Knowledge of the payments industry, financial technology, and digital commerce is a plus.
