Job Title: Digital Sales & CRM Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Sales & CRM Executive to manage and enhance the lead conversion process, optimize Salesforce lead management, and improve customer engagement through effective communication. The role involves driving showroom traffic, scheduling appointments, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve digital sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong tele-sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and improve lead quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Sales Management:

  • Ensure the team meets web and branch-wise conversion targets set by management.

  • Optimize Salesforce leads management and improve customer communication.

  • Improve team SLA and response time for customer calls.

  • Maximize appointment bookings to drive showroom visits.

  • Achieve customer visit targets through effective engagement.

  • Conduct random calls to rejected leads for quality assurance.

Operational & Team Management:

  • Prepare duty schedules and leave rosters for the inventory team.

  • Ensure team availability during showroom operational hours.

  • Collaborate with sales managers for monthly digital sales forecasting.

  • Reduce invalid lead ratio and enhance lead quality.

Customer Engagement & Follow-Up:

  • Contact online leads from Salesforce within the agreed SLA.

  • Convince prospects to visit Nissan showrooms in Dubai or Northern Emirates.

  • Schedule customer appointments with Sales Consultants.

  • Follow up on appointment status and post-visit feedback.

  • Convert digital call leads into showroom visits and sales.

  • Stay in touch with unconverted leads for future prospecting.

  • Enhance the overall customer experience with Nissan.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in banking tele-sales or a similar role.
Excellent English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).
✔ Strong Excel skills and data management abilities.
✔ Experience in lead conversion, CRM management, and customer engagement.
✔ Ability to analyze and optimize sales processes for better conversions.
