Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead and oversee web development, UX design, and SEO projects from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between developers, designers, and SEO specialists to deliver high-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and on-time project delivery.

• Utilize agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for workflow optimization.

Web Development & UX

• Collaborate with developers to ensure optimal website performance, scalability, and functionality.

• Manage technical integrations, CMS implementation (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify), and deployment.

• Work with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

• Oversee user research, testing, and iterative design improvements for enhanced usability.

SEO & Performance Optimization

• Partner with SEO specialists to implement organic search strategies, keyword optimization, and technical SEO improvements.

• Conduct SEO audits, analyze performance metrics, and create actionable reports.

• Utilize SEO tools & analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) for data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing web development, UX, and SEO projects.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and agile methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify).

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and performance optimization techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
