Park Brown International is seeking a Digital Payments Operations Lead to manage and scale their payments operations. This remote, full-time role is ideal for professionals with experience in team leadership, project execution, and multi-regional operations, with a strong understanding of digital payments, risk control, and operational processes. Experience in crypto or digital assets is a plus.
Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

Lead a high-performing team focused on digital payments operations.

Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and marketing teams to support launches and optimize operations.

Drive execution of growth campaigns and user acquisition initiatives alongside marketing.

Coordinate multi-regional operations to ensure process consistency across geographies and user bases.
-
Oversee risk monitoring processes, optimize strategies with internal stakeholders.
-
Manage and improve internal processes, SOPs, and tooling for better scalability.

Track and report performance metrics to maintain operational standards and user satisfaction.
Qualifications / Requirements:

Proven experience leading teams (3–10 people) in tech, fintech, or digital operations.

Familiarity with digital assets and payment ecosystems.

Hands-on experience managing multi-country operations.

Knowledge of fraud monitoring, KYC/KYB processes, or transaction oversight.

Strong understanding of operational workflows and project management practices.
-
Exposure to marketing campaigns, user growth, or engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Analytical, structured thinker comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
