Job Description:
TownX Real Estate Development LLC, a premier luxury property developer in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing data-driven digital marketing strategies, managing lead generation, optimizing website performance (WordPress & SEO), and utilizing cutting-edge tools to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute high-converting digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and lead capture forms through A/B testing for improved conversion rates.
- Implement audience segmentation, behavioral retargeting, and AI-powered ad optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
- Explore new digital channels, programmatic advertising, and automation tools for scalable lead generation.
Website & SEO Management:
- Manage, customize, and optimize WordPress websites using Elementor and ensure speed, security, and SEO best practices.
- Implement Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and UTM parameters for advanced analytics and tracking.
- Continuously improve website performance and user experience (UX).
Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular performance audits and apply data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Generate detailed monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization strategies.
Email & CRM Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automation strategies (Mailchimp or similar).
- Integrate CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) with marketing tools for seamless sales funnel automation.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting emerging technologies such as chatbots, interactive ads, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Experiment with new digital marketing tactics to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate digital marketing within the UAE.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor, HTML, CSS) and website performance optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
