Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at IFZA, you’ll lead the charge in crafting and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns across all platforms. If you’re an experienced marketer with a deep understanding of current tools and strategies, and you excel at overseeing comprehensive campaigns from concept to execution, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to meet business objectives.
📱 Social Media & Content Oversight: Manage and enhance IFZA’s presence on social media platforms and ensure content aligns with brand standards.
📊 Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze digital marketing metrics and campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
💻 Cross-Channel Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including database management, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
📈 Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, providing regular financial updates and reports.
🤝 Collaboration: Liaise with external agencies and vendors to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
🎯 Team Development: Lead and guide the digital marketing team, offering coaching and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

✔ Full proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
✔ Strong background in digital marketing and advertising, including SEO and multi-channel campaign management.
✔ Ability to conduct A/B and multivariate experiments.
✔ Familiarity with web analytics and ad serving tools.
✔ Relevant qualifications in Digital Marketing or related fields preferred.
