Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive (Female) to take charge of our online presence, increase brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest digital marketing tools and trends, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns across search engines and social platforms.

This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven thinking, with responsibilities spanning content creation, paid ads, PPC, SEO, social media management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

• Create engaging visual and written content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Optimize website performance and content using SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.

• Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Manage and update content through CMS platforms (especially WordPress).

• Write compelling copy for web, social media, and ad campaigns.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance online engagement and lead generation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably within the UAE market).

• Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, and performance analytics.

• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms.

• Strong copywriting and communication skills.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Must be female (as per company preference for gender-specific hiring).
