W Group Holding is looking for a Social Media Senior Executive / Content Creator to drive growth and engagement across its entities, including Hypermedia and DXTA. The role involves content creation, social media strategy, and audience engagement to strengthen the company’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should be a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and data-driven marketer passionate about digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Content Creation & Execution:

• Develop high-quality social media content (graphics, videos, reels, animations, and posts).
• Capture photos and videos at company events, office activities, and industry gatherings.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and post copies tailored for each platform.
• Assist in shooting, editing, and promoting content, including podcast sessions.
• Utilize AI tools and content creation software to enhance quality and efficiency.

✅ Social Media Execution:

• Develop & implement social media content calendars for W Group & its entities.
• Work with designers & videographers to create engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics).
• Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements based on KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing innovations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and video production.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
• Experience in B2B marketing and media industry is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
• Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
