Wynn Al Marjan Island, an opulent beachside destination set to open in early 2027, is seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join its Learning & Development team. This role involves designing and producing high-quality digital learning assets, including training videos, SOP guides, e-learning modules, and branded communication materials, while ensuring alignment with the hotel’s luxury brand standards. The position requires collaboration with operations and HR teams to create engaging and visually compelling content that enhances employee learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce hotel orientation videos, departmental training videos, and visual SOP guides.

• Develop e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Rise or Canva.

• Film, edit, and publish training content in real hotel environments.

• Create branded communication materials for internal campaigns and events.

• Manage and update L&D content on internal platforms such as LMS, SharePoint, and digital noticeboards.

• Collaborate with department trainers to visualize operational procedures.

• Support hybrid and virtual training sessions with technical coordination.

• Track and analyze digital content performance, improving engagement and training impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in digital content creation or media production, ideally in hospitality or luxury brands.

• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate 360, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

• Ability to independently manage filming and editing projects.

• Understanding of hospitality service excellence standards.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Photography or animation skills are a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
