This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge, customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising customers, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and suitability of prescribed medications
• Dispense medications and provide guidance on dosage, side effects, and storage
• Compound medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Offer expert advice on drug interactions and over-the-counter products
• Achieve sales targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and expiry control
• Ensure compliance with DHA, MOH, and other regulatory authorities
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and prepare mandatory reports
• Educate customers on the use of medical devices (e.g., BP monitors, glucose meters)
• Build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers
• Liaise with insurance companies to process claims and resolve billing issues
• Support trainee pharmacists and contribute to their professional development
• Be flexible with shift timings and location assignments as per business needs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Valid license from DHA, MOH, or DOH
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered pharmacist in the UAE
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic or Tagalog
• Knowledge of merchandising, product handling, and customer service best practices
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
