Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a home care environment

• Perform IV cannulation and other clinical procedures with confidence and precision

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction at all times

• Communicate effectively with patients and families in a professional and empathetic manner

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for effective patient care

• Adapt to 10–12 hour shifts (morning/night) based on care needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

• Valid DHA license (mandatory)

• 1–2 years of experience in home care nursing

• Proficiency in IV cannulation

• Knowledge of EMR documentation systems

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Physically fit and able to perform required nursing duties

• Strong ethical standards and a self-directed approach
