This is a senior-level, full-time opportunity for professionals with over 10 years of experience in DevOps and security. The ideal candidate will drive secure software delivery by embedding advanced security strategies into CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate across departments to integrate DevSecOps best practices and ensure alignment with global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security architecture across DevOps workflows.

• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployment tools.

• Architect secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring policy compliance.

• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and define mitigation strategies.

• Implement automated security tools for code scanning and vulnerability detection.

• Define and manage incident response procedures for DevOps environments.

• Provide training and foster a security-first culture across teams.

• Ensure compliance with global security standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.

• Continuously assess and improve DevOps security based on new risks and trends.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in DevOps or security-related roles.

• Proven experience in securing cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

• Proficient with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment methodologies.

• Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud security practices.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security governance.
