We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our Interior Design & Build company in the UAE. In this leadership role, you will oversee the design team, develop innovative concepts, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and ensure high-quality design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & mentor the design team, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Develop creative design concepts that align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with construction and project management teams for seamless execution.
• Engage with clients to present designs and provide project updates.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective design solutions.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company design standards.
• Research design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project offerings.
• Build relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design, project management, and leadership.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams.
