Hintel Middle East, representing a Tier 1 real estate developer in the UAE, is hiring a Design Director / Head of Design to lead the architectural and master planning vision for landmark mixed-use, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This high-impact leadership role requires a seasoned design strategist who can align with international consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative, sustainable, and inspiring urban environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the design strategy across diverse project typologies.

• Coordinate with world-class architectural consultants, both international and local.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, technical, and design standards.

• Integrate principles of placemaking, sustainability, and community engagement into all design phases.

• Influence every development stage from concept to delivery, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and commercial goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in senior design leadership roles within Tier 1 real estate developers in the UAE.

• Proven portfolio of large-scale urban developments and built environments.

• Strong knowledge of UAE local regulations, authority approval cycles, and urban planning standards.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide global design teams.
