Job Title: Architectural Designer – Interior & Exterior Solutions

Job Description:

STUDIO MORCOS, a creative consultancy studio specializing in architecture, design, and artistic transformations, is looking for an Architectural Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, strong rendering skills, and expertise in interior and exterior space solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design & Rendering: Develop high-quality architectural concepts and 3D renderings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

• Creative Space Planning: Design innovative interior and exterior solutions that maximize both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

• Technical Drawings & Compliance: Produce detailed architectural plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and studio standards.

• Material Selection & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on global and regional material trends, sourcing materials that enhance project execution.

• Project Coordination: Conduct site visits, assist in construction phases, and coordinate with teams to maintain design integrity.

• Client & Supplier Engagement: Work closely with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Requirements:

✔ Education: Degree in Architecture or a related field.
✔ Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent architectural tools.
✔ Design Sensibility: A forward-thinking, modern approach to aesthetics and space utilization.
✔ Material Expertise: Knowledge of available Dubai-based and global materials for architectural projects.
✔ Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work in a structured environment while maintaining creative freedom.
✔ FF&E Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) specification and detailing is a plus.
✔ Location: Must be based in Dubai with availability for in-person meetings from 10 AM – 7 PM at our studio near Alserkal Avenue, Al Quoz.
