A leading architecture design firm in Dubai is actively seeking experienced Design Architects to join their dynamic and innovative team. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong concept design capabilities and experience in high-profile architectural projects such as masterplans, mixed-use developments, super high-rises, museums, or resorts.

Candidates should be capable of initiating creative designs from scratch and be adept at translating concepts into compelling architectural forms using advanced design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop design concepts from initial stages through to presentations.

• Work on a range of prestigious projects including masterplans, high-rises, and landmark structures.

• Utilize software such as Rhino, Grasshopper or Dynamo, and Revit (even at early concept stages); proficiency in Enscape is a plus.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced and creative environment.

• Demonstrate both design leadership and a collaborative team spirit.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of professional architectural design experience.

• Expertise in early concept design and the ability to work from a blank slate.

• Strong proficiency in Rhino or Grasshopper/Dynamo, and Revit; familiarity with Enscape is an advantage.

• Creative and dynamic personality with a grounded, professional approach.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 (net)

• Flight Allowance: One annual return flight to home country (provided as a pro-rated cash allowance)
