Job Title: Deputy General Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Deputy General Manager – Finance to lead financial operations, strategy, and planning for one of the UAE’s leading real estate development firms. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with deep expertise in FP&A, treasury management, and real estate project finance.

As part of the leadership team, you will provide strategic financial insights, oversee treasury and funding requirements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving profitability across large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting activities to support business decisions across ongoing and upcoming projects

• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, funding, and investment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and market regulations

• Manage joint venture (JV) financial structures, including cost control, selling price analysis, and ROI optimization

• Collaborate with stakeholders including investors, banks, auditors, and regulators on taxation, costing, and strategic financial planning

• Provide actionable insights to senior management to guide business growth and profitability

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to Indian nationals, aged 50 years or below

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA and professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA preferred)

• 10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the real estate development sector

• Proven expertise in FP&A, treasury, JVs, budgeting, costing, selling price analysis, and taxation for large-scale, high-value projects

• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
