RGG Capital is seeking an exceptional Deputy Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to co-architect multi-asset investment strategies in a private family office setting. Reporting to the CIO and working closely with the CEO, you will lead capital allocation decisions, design risk frameworks, and drive analytical excellence across a multi-million-dollar global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of sophisticated investment strategies across equities, credit, options, and other asset classes.

• Design and implement robust risk management frameworks.

• Spearhead quantitative research initiatives and enhance investment models.

• Partner with the CIO to formulate strategic investment policies.

• Generate critical market intelligence and performance analytics for executive decision-making.

• Mentor investment team members and cultivate a culture of innovation and analytical excellence.

• Leverage advanced tools such as Bloomberg, Barra/Axioma, Python-based analytics, and proprietary models.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of investment management experience, preferably in hedge funds or family office environments.

• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field.

• Exceptional quantitative skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and Python; knowledge of Java or C# is a plus.

• Proven expertise in multi-asset portfolio management and complex financial instruments.

• Track record in developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks.

• Strong leadership and communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.

• Preferred certifications: CFA, FRM, or equivalent.

• Experience with emerging markets and multi-jurisdictional regulations is advantageous.
