About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planning & Data Insights Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing and interpreting data to drive accurate demand forecasts and support cross-functional decision-making. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and data visualization tools, with a strong grasp of statistical methods and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data used across forecasting and reporting.

• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to support demand planning and business insights.

• Analyze historical sales, market trends, and seasonal patterns to build reliable demand forecasts.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to improve planning accuracy.

• Support continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities.

• Communicate insights and trends effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business.

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or demand planning.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of tools like Power BI.

• Experience with statistical techniques such as regression analysis and forecasting.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
