Anotech is hiring a Delivery Project Manager in Dubai to oversee digital payment projects and ensure seamless execution of contracts with customers. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and project profitability. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in digital payments, cloud-based services, and project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Execution & Delivery

• Manage the delivery of digital payment solutions from kick-off to invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, customer requirements, and company proposals.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, budgeting, and quality control.
• Track project KPIs, revenue recognition, and financial forecasting.

🔹 Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead governance meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment with company interests.
• Handle change requests (CRs) and support up-selling opportunities with the sales team.

🔹 Technical & Process Oversight

• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support integration and deployment of cloud-based digital payment solutions.
• Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and configuration management are properly maintained.
• Oversee testing and onsite project activities as needed.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Strong project management and negotiation skills.
✔ Experience in digital payments, cloud solutions, and cryptography (preferred).
✔ Ability to manage crises, risks, and escalations effectively.
