Soar, a global fintech startup headquartered in Saudi Arabia, is expanding across the region to help people achieve their financial goals through innovative tools and investment platforms. They are currently hiring a Delivery Manager to oversee the successful implementation of complex fintech projects. This full-time remote role focuses on ensuring seamless integration between internal teams and third-party vendors while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech integration projects

• Develop and manage agile project plans with timelines and resource allocation

• Monitor KPIs to address project issues proactively

• Manage scope changes and ensure regulatory compliance

Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Negotiate terms with vendors and integration partners

• Deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports to C-level executives, compliance teams, and tech teams

• Prepare stakeholder presentations and data visualizations

Technical Coordination:

• Coordinate API development and integration

• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders

• Resolve system integration challenges

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to regulations (PCI DSS, KYC, AML, GDPR)

• Work with compliance teams to embed regulatory needs into project plans

• Maintain documentation and manage compliance risks

Process Improvement:

• Identify delivery inefficiencies and propose process enhancements

• Resolve project blockers and inter-team conflicts

• Implement escalation paths and feedback loops for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 5+ years of project/delivery management experience (3+ years in fintech/financial services)

• Strong background in stakeholder management, compliance, and reporting

• Familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and project frameworks

• Basic knowledge of APIs, system integration, and fintech architectures

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred

Desired Skills:

• Experience with payments, banking, or lending regulatory frameworks

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security protocols

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

• Understanding of cloud deployment practices

• Experience with contract management and vendor governance
