This role involves active support for sales, estimating and planning work, mobilizing resources, managing client expectations, and maintaining financial performance. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, manage risks, and communicate project status regularly.

📊 Project Delivery – Ensure the successful delivery of projects within MS Dynamics CRM/ERP, managing schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
💼 Sales Support – Assist in sales activities, estimate work effort and expenses, and contribute to the overall sales process.
📅 Project Planning – Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, ensuring accurate requirement traceability and project governance.
🤝 Client Management – Manage client relationships and expectations, maintaining strong communication throughout the project.
🌍 Team Collaboration – Lead onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces, managing resources effectively across locations.
