Avanade is seeking a Delivery Lead to manage the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that they meet schedule, budget, customer satisfaction, and quality standards. This role involves active support for sales, estimating and planning work, mobilizing resources, managing client expectations, and maintaining financial performance. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, manage risks, and communicate project status regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Project Delivery – Ensure the successful delivery of projects within MS Dynamics CRM/ERP, managing schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
💼 Sales Support – Assist in sales activities, estimate work effort and expenses, and contribute to the overall sales process.
📅 Project Planning – Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, ensuring accurate requirement traceability and project governance.
🤝 Client Management – Manage client relationships and expectations, maintaining strong communication throughout the project.
🌍 Team Collaboration – Lead onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces, managing resources effectively across locations.
Skills & Experience Required:
🔧 Technical Knowledge – Experience delivering projects in the MS Dynamics CRM/ERP space.
📊 Project Management – Proven ability to use project management methods, tools, and techniques to successfully execute projects.
🗣️ Client Engagement – Strong client-facing skills with excellent presentation abilities.
