Job Description:

As a Delivery Biker at Amerigulf, you will be responsible for delivering fresh avocados and related products to various clients across the UAE. The role requires a customer-focused individual who can ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of product freshness and professionalism. You will play a key role in the efficient delivery process and represent the company with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Timely Deliveries:

  • Deliver fresh avocados and related products to restaurants, lounges, catering companies, and other clients across the UAE.

  • Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining product quality and freshness.

• Customer Interaction:

  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients, fostering strong relationships.

  • Handle flexible and urgent delivery schedules as required, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Delivery Confirmation and Payments:

  • Collect delivery confirmations and, when necessary, payments from clients.

• Vehicle Care:

  • Take care of your assigned motorcycle and promptly report any maintenance or operational issues.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work with the distribution team to ensure that deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service:

  • Ability to provide excellent service and establish positive relationships with clients.

• Teamwork:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the distribution team for efficient deliveries.

• Punctuality & Trustworthiness:

  • Punctual, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

• UAE Motorcycle License:

  • Valid UAE motorcycle license required.

• Knowledge of Dubai Roads:

  • Familiarity with Dubai’s roads and surrounding areas.

• Flexible Schedule:

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience:

  • Experience in food or beverage delivery is a plus.

  • Experience in onboarding and integrating new delivery staff is a plus.
