Job Title: Decorative Coating Specialist 

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Decorative Coating Specialists from the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Kenya to join our team in Dubai. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for applying microcement on floors and walls, along with a variety of decorative paint finishes on interior surfaces across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly apply microcement to floors and walls with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Perform decorative paint applications and artistic finishes on interior wall surfaces.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed for optimal application.

• Ensure the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and adherence to project specifications.

• Use both electric and manual tools safely and efficiently throughout the application process.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in wall painting, plastering, or related surface finishing work.

• Candidates with experience in microcement, decorative resins, or industrial resins will be given priority.

• Good command of spoken English.

• Must currently reside in Dubai.

• Proficient in handling both electric and hand tools.

• Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

• Nationalities preferred: Kenya, Philippines, Sri Lanka.
