Anotech is seeking an experienced Decentralized Buyer to lead and organize procurement activities for projects in the oil and gas industry. The role involves managing the entire purchasing process—from procurement planning and supplier relationship management to tendering, negotiation, and contract administration—ensuring cost optimization and compliance with supply chain standards. The buyer will also handle purchase orders follow-up, SAP data input, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement planning and prioritize purchasing workload.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and partners.

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up during purchase phases.

• Conduct supplier evaluation and participate in contract committees.

• Analyze purchase requisitions, group tenders, and manage RFQs and bids.

• Negotiate contracts and ensure all purchase orders meet QA/QC requirements.

• Monitor purchase orders until full reception and payment.

• Maintain and update supplier databases and SAP purchase data.

• Contribute to KPIs reporting and supply chain process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma (BAC+3) or certified equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 years of buyer experience in oil & gas industry.

• Proficient in C&P and SAP purchasing tools with certifications.

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or French preferred.

• International experience required.
