📌 Job Summary:

We are hiring Debt Collection Officers / Team Leads to join a fast-growing banking collections department in Dubai. If you have 3+ years of experience in major debt recovery from banks in India or the UAE, this is your chance to grow your career in the financial services sector.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and contact debtors to collect outstanding dues.

• Negotiate and resolve customer disputes to facilitate payment.

• Follow up regularly with delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery.

• Maintain strict adherence to UAE legal and ethical debt recovery guidelines.

• Document all interactions accurately in the system.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved cases.

• Meet recovery targets and contribute to team success.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking debt collection (India or UAE).

• Fluent in Hindi plus Malayalam, Tamil, or English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, BBA, or Arts.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with financial laws, ethics, and debt collection compliance.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
