Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to enhance our company’s data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, securing, and optimizing database performance, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.

✅ Technology & Performance Enhancement

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve company performance.
• Continuously update job knowledge through professional learning, networking, and industry publications.

✅ Database Security & Management

• Develop and implement robust database security protocols and backup procedures.
• Ensure strict user access control, managing database user accounts and permissions.

✅ Database Optimization & Maintenance

• Monitor database performance, swiftly identifying and resolving any bottlenecks.
• Execute database backup strategies and perform successful data restoration when needed.

Requirements:

✔ Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in database administration.

✔ Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of database security, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup management and data recovery processes.
• Ability to analyze and optimize database performance effectively.

✔ Preferred Candidate:

• Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
