Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Architect to lead data migration strategies and implementations for large-scale projects. This role involves working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to assess data landscapes, design robust migration frameworks, and ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data migration strategies across multiple projects.

• Lead data quality, profiling, cleansing, and governance initiatives.

• Architect and deploy large-scale applications, ensuring seamless data transitions.

• Utilize migration technologies such as SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit, and Syniti.

• Collaborate with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to define data strategies.

• Oversee multiple data migration projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

• Manage teams of 15-20 data professionals, providing technical leadership and motivation.

• Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver strategic data solutions that drive business value for clients.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in data management and migration projects.

• Expertise in SAP data migration, data quality, and governance.

• Strong background in multi-tiered, large-scale application deployment.

• Functional proficiency in O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and F2M (Finance to Manage).

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and manage complex data transitions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.

• Experience in project management and solution architecture.
